Introduction

Asbestos, a material once valued for its resistance to heat, electricity, and corrosion, was widely used in construction and other industries until the dangers were realised in the late 1990s. The inhalation of asbestos fibres can damage the lungs and surrounding tissues, and symptoms may take years to develop. Awareness of asbestos signs and knowing the proper steps to take in the event of exposure is crucial. This course will teach you how to identify signs of asbestos and what actions to take next.

Training can be delivered on-site at a customer’s premises or in one of our accredited training centres.
