½ Day Course
Maximum of 12 Delegates
This course will equip delegates with the knowledge and skills needed to maintain a person’s life until an AED arrives on the scene. Once the AED is present, the course will teach delegates how to use it correctly and safely. If you ever need to use an AED to help save someone’s life, would you know what to do? AEDs are increasingly common, with many old red telephone boxes now housing these life-saving devices. This course will ensure you’re prepared and confident should you need to use an AED.
Training can be delivered either on-site at the customer’s premises or at one of our accredited training centres.
This course is suitable for anyone wishing to achieve Automatic Defibrillator AED Level 2 certification.
All our first aid courses fully comply with the UK and European Resuscitation Council Guidelines 2021, in line with HSE requirements.

While this list is not exhaustive, here are some key topics covered during the training.
Upon successfully completing the course, trainees will receive an accredited or in-house certificate valid for three years. A refresher course is recommended every three years to maintain compliance and safety standards.
