Order Pickers are commonly used in distribution centres and warehouses, primarily for low and high-level order picking in narrow aisles.
An Order Picker assists employees by elevating them to the necessary height to pick items from pallets on racking. These trucks vary in design, with some models capable of extending beyond 10 meters, even though many are considered low-level machines. To ensure safety, Order Pickers are equipped with built-in fall protection to prevent the risk of falling from height. These trucks help reduce manual handling by enabling operators to reach goods more easily without excessive bending or stretching. With the proper training, Order Pickers can significantly enhance productivity and efficiency in the workplace.
Training will be provided at the customer’s premises, with course duration customised based on the number of trainees and their experience level. Our team will collaborate with you to determine the most suitable training course for your needs.
Kent Forklift Training offers this course to novice operators, those who have experience but have received no formal training, and to those who require a refresher.

Upon successfully completing the course, trainees will receive an accredited or in-house certificate valid for three years. A refresher course is recommended every three years to maintain compliance and safety standards.
