The Counterbalance Lift Truck is highly versatile, and capable of operating within both warehouse racking and outside for vehicle loading. It’s an essential tool for efficiently moving goods in distribution centres and warehouses of all sizes.
Designed for narrow aisles, Reach Trucks are ideal for lifting to greater heights than other trucks like Counterbalances. Their manoeuvrability makes them perfect for pallet storage in tight warehouse spaces.
Equipped with a telescopic boom, these trucks can reach places that other lift trucks cannot. Attachments such as forks, buckets, and hooks enhance their versatility.
Designed for very narrow aisles (under 6 feet), the Pivot Steer truck has an articulated mast that can swing to a 90-degree angle, making it incredibly adaptable in tight spaces.
Electric Powered Pallet Trucks (PPTs) are commonly found in warehouses and distribution centres. These are ideal for moving pallets at ground level and low-level order picking due to their compact size and manoeuvrability.
These stacker trucks can operate in narrow aisles and are designed to stack and de-stack pallets up to 5.5 metres high. Perfect for indoor use, they are not suitable for vehicle loading or offloading.
Primarily used for low and high-level order picking in narrow aisles, Order Pickers allow employees to easily access stock from pallets on racking by raising them to the desired height.
As the name suggests, VNA lift trucks are designed for use in extremely narrow aisles. They are ideal for optimising storage and high-level order picking in warehouses.
The Rough Terrain Masted truck is similar to a Counterbalance but designed to operate on uneven ground. Commonly used on farms, it is equipped with higher ground clearance and multiple gears for better traction on wet or muddy surfaces.
A Loading Shovel is essential on construction sites, farms, and quarries for clearing, moving, and loading large quantities of materials like soil, rubble, and waste.
Sideloaders are perfect for industries handling long or unusual loads, such as steel, timber, plastic, and concrete. They easily navigate tight spaces while efficiently transporting materials.
Commonly known as a Moffett, the Vehicle Mounted Lift Truck attaches to the back of a lorry and can be detached for loading and unloading pallets. It is versatile enough to operate on rough terrain.
A Skid Steer is a compact piece of construction equipment often used on building sites, farms, and quarries. With a variety of attachments, it’s highly versatile for tasks like digging and material hauling.
This course ensures delegates gain a thorough understanding of the safety precautions required when working near traction batteries.
The Multi-Directional Steer truck (Combilift) is designed to handle long, awkward loads through narrow aisles and doorways, maximising storage space in warehouses.
