Low Level Pallet Trucks in a Warehouse for Training

Let's start with an

Introduction

Electric Powered Pallet Trucks, also known as Pedestrian Pallet Trucks (PPTs), are essential tools commonly found in warehouses and distribution centres. These trucks are available as pedestrian-operated, where the operator walks alongside the truck, and rider-operated, featuring a fixed or fold-down platform for the operator to stand on.

These trucks are specifically designed for moving pallets at ground level or for low-level order picking (LLOP). Their small size and manoeuvrability make them ideal for such operations.

Kent Forklift Training offers tailored courses for operators of all experience levels, including complete novices, those with prior experience but no formal certification, and those requiring a refresher.

Operating Low-Level Pallet Trucks requires a high degree of skill to ensure safety and efficiency. By the end of the course, our instructors will ensure that trainees understand their legal obligations, are proficient in pre-use safety checks and can operate the truck confidently and safely.

Course durations are customised based on the number of trainees and their experience levels. Our team is happy to work with you to identify the most suitable training program for your needs.
