Introduction

This course equips delegates with the essential skills and knowledge to provide first aid for injuries commonly sustained while cycling. As cycling carries a higher risk of accidents, this training prepares you to respond effectively to incidents involving yourself or others. It also highlights the additional hazards of stopping to assist at the roadside, helping you stay safe while offering help.

Training can be delivered on-site at your premises or at one of our accredited training centres.

Course Content

All our first aid courses fully meet the UK and European Resuscitation Council Guidelines 2021 as per the HSE requirements.

Hours CPD Certified: 3

Upon successfully completing the course, trainees will receive an accredited or in-house certificate valid for three years. A refresher course is recommended every three years to maintain compliance and safety standards.
