Kent Forklift Training is committed to ensuring that your personal data is protected, and that we have updated our Privacy Policy accordingly.

What information do we collect?

Kent Forklift Training Ltd collects, stores and refers to personal information only when you enquire about a course and then further information at the start of your course. Information is also required with regards to invoices, statements and contact names.

We do not collect any data that we do not need nor do we collect data for any mailing services. Data that we may collect is as follows:

• Company name & address
• Company telephone number & email address
• Contact names for course bookings and invoice purposes
• Trainees names, address, date of birth, telephone number & email address
• Job title & operating experience if applicable
• Passport type photo

We may collect personal banking information such as credit or debit card details for transaction purposes only, this means that such details which are taken in order to process a payment are not in any way stored or identifiable afterwards.

Where several payments are required, credit or debit card information will be required on each and every occasion. We will of obtained your personal information from you directly and not from a third party other than your name which may have been given to us for training course information only.

Why do we need this information?

We require company information to manage your account, book training courses and to deal with complaints and other general enquiries.
For accredited training courses, data will be shared and held in accordance with RTITB's privacy policy which can be found at www.rtitb.co.uk
Photos of trainees may be taken for the purposes of ID cards only. The photo ID cards are processed and produced by RTITB. Please refer to their privacy policy.

Disclosure of personal information

We may disclose your personal information:

• To the extent that we may be required to by law
• In connection with any ongoing or future legal proceedings

By signing a Course Attendance form, you are confirming that you have read and agreed to this Privacy Policy.
